Job Requirements
- At least 17 years old
- completion of basic food handler certificate prior to start date
- must have smartphone or tablet and be able to use required apps and weekly menu training
- availability to work closing shifts until 10:45 pm on weeknights or 11:45 pm on Fridays and Saturdays
- no previous bakery experience necessary
- able to stand for extended periods
- able to work flexible schedules including weekends

- previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Support production and retail sales activities
- prepare cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and pies from scratch
- operate mixing equipment and bakery tools
- assist customers and provide excellent customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery
- complete training milestones for continual improvement
- work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
