Job Duties
- Set up and maintain the bakery station for breakfast and lunch service
- Serve pastries, coffee, and light menu items with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide warm, attentive service to both members and public guests
- Maintain product knowledge of all bakery offerings and ingredients
- Ensure proper display, restocking, and visual presentation of baked goods
- Handle POS transactions and cash responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area at all times
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams during busy service
- Uphold Harbour Club’s service standards and brand experience
