Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand continuously throughout shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Must have valid Food Handlers Card
- Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Reliable and punctual

- Knowledge of baking production equipment and methods
Job Duties
- Greet and interact with customers to address questions or concerns in a friendly service-oriented manner
- Organize products in display case and tables while ensuring fully-stocked cases
- Support team with baking various breads cookies desserts including pan dulce
- Possess knowledge of basic baked products and standard baking production equipment and ability to perform advanced baking methods multi-task
- Effectively communicate with management and baking team to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests or employees
- Conduct inventory regularly to ensure proper levels
- Maintain standards for quality cleanliness organization customer service safety loss prevention sanitation department conditions and food safety
- Stock fill face and ensure pricing accuracy while examining rotation of bakery products and discarding outdated or spoiled items
- Work with various professional bakery equipment including heat sources mixers and blenders
- Take food orders in person and by telephone
- Perform all other duties as assigned
