Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to handle bakery equipment and follow safety protocols
- Capable of physical activities including bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- Effective communication skills to engage and assist members
- Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and club standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information using ovens and other equipment
- Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production charts
- Maintain cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
- Answer member questions and take special orders for bakery items
- Rotate and store bakery products following food safety and freshness guidelines
- Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments ensuring product quality
- Generate labels and price tickets for bakery goods and perform price checks
- Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces
- Operate bakery equipment using safe methods
- Maintain all club policies and perform other duties as assigned
