Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to proof and bake bakery products using ovens and other equipment
- Capability to follow bakery production charts and food safety policies
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment including lifting up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Flexible to work varied shifts including some weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following product handling information
- Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts based on production charts
- Packages freshly baked goods including pastries, breads, and cakes
- Decorates special order or case products
- Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety policies
- Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments
- Cleans and sanitizes bakery equipment and work areas
- Answers member questions and takes special orders
- Ensures all bakery products meet company quality standards
- Generates labels and price tickets for bakery goods
