Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to proof and bake bakery goods according to guidelines
- Ability to unpack and display bakery products as per production charts
- Capability to operate bakery equipment safely
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to clean and sanitize bakery equipment and surfaces
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds and occasionally heavier with assistance
- Willingness to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts from 1 pm to close
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service-oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information
- Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts based on bakery production charts
- Packages freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, pies, and cakes
- Decorates special order or case products as needed
- Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety and freshness policies
- Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments
- Cleans and sanitizes bakery equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces
- Generates labels and price tickets for bakery goods and performs price checks
- Operates bakery equipment using proper safety methods
- Maintains all club policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
