Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to handle physical requirements including lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and moving heavier objects with assistance
- Capability to work in varying temperature environments such as freezers and ovens
- Commitment to regular, predictable, full attendance
- Adherence to safety policies and food handling procedures
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information
- Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts according to production charts
- Packages freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, pies, and cakes
- Decorates special order or case products
- Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety and freshness policies
- Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments
- Cleans and sanitizes bakery equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces
