Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to move about non hard surfaces frequently
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds regularly and with assistance when over 30 pounds
- Ability to work indoors in temperature extremes from freezers and ovens
- Ability to handle cleaning agents safely
- Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information using ovens and other equipment
- Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts based on bakery production charts
- Packages freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, pies, and cakes
- Decorates special order or case products
- Rotates and stores bakery products in compliance with food safety and freshness policies
- Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments
- Cleans and sanitizes bakery equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces
- Answers member questions and takes special orders
- Generates labels and price tickets for bakery goods
- Ensures products meet company quality standards and checks for out-of-date items
- Maintains club policies and procedures and performs other duties as assigned
