Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Capability to work flexible hours as needed
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, and stoop during shift
- Maintain regular predictable full attendance

- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and uphold company values
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Good communication skills to interact with members
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information
- Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts based on bakery production charts
- Packages freshly baked goods including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, and cakes
- Decorates special order or case products
- Rotates and stores bakery products following proper food safety and freshness protocols
- Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments
- Ensures all products meet company quality standards and follows salvage and stale product policies
- Generates labels and price tickets and performs price checks
- Cleans and sanitizes bakery equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces
- Operates bakery equipment in accordance with safety policies and procedures
- Maintains all club policies and procedures
- Answers member questions and takes special orders
- Works collaboratively with the team to meet club standards and goals
- Maintains regular, predictable, full attendance
