Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience in bakery or customer service preferred
- Ability to work Sunday through Thursday from 12pm to 9pm
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to handle temperature extremes from freezers and ovens
- Regular, predictable attendance
- Ability to follow food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to work standing and moving about for extended periods
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work within scheduled hours from Sunday to Thursday between 12pm and 9pm
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to upholding safety and cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following product handling instructions
- Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts based on production charts
- Maintains cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
- Answers member questions and takes special orders
- Packages freshly baked goods including cakes, pies, breads, and pastries
- Decorates special orders or case products
- Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety and freshness policies
- Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments
- Ensures all products are fresh and meet quality standards
- Generates labels and price tickets for bakery goods
- Cleans and sanitizes bakery equipment and surfaces
- Operates bakery equipment using proper safety procedures
- Maintains compliance with club policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned including working in other departments
- Maintains regular, predictable attendance
