Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work Friday through Monday from 5 pm to 10 pm
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds frequently and heavier objects with assistance
- Ability to work in an environment with temperature extremes including freezers and ovens
- Clean background check and compliance with company policies
- Regular and predictable attendance

- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods following product handling instructions
- Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts per bakery production chart
- Maintains cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
- Answers member questions and takes special orders
- Packages freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, pies, and cakes
- Decorates special order or case products
- Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety and freshness policies
- Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments
- Ensures all products meet company quality standards and checks for out-of-date items
- Generates labels and price tickets and performs price checks as necessary
- Cleans and sanitizes bakery equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces
- Operates bakery equipment following safety protocols
- Maintains adherence to club policies and procedures
- Performs duties in other departments as assigned
- Maintains regular and predictable full attendance required
