Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bakery or related experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand and move in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow detailed production and safety guidelines
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation for commuting

- Knowledge of bakery products preferred

Job Duties
- Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods following handling information
- Unpack bakery goods from freezer and display proper amounts
- Package freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, and cakes
- Decorate special orders or case products
- Rotate and store bakery products adhering to food safety and freshness policies
- Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
- Generate labels and price tickets accurately for bakery goods
- Clean and sanitize bakery equipment and food surfaces
- Operate bakery equipment safely according to policies
- Maintain adherence to all club policies and procedures
- Assist in other departments as assigned
- Ensure regular, predictable, full attendance
