Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience working in bakery or customer service environment preferred
- Ability to follow detailed product handling and safety instructions
- Capability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- Comfortable working in indoor environments with temperature extremes such as freezers and ovens
- Able to perform duties requiring bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping
- Reliable with regular, predictable attendance

- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods according to product handling instructions using ovens and other equipment
- Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production charts
- Maintain all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
- Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
- Rotate and store bakery products following food safety and freshness policies
- Package freshly baked goods including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items
- Decorate special order or case products
- Generate labels and price tickets for bakery goods and perform price checks
- Clean and sanitize all bakery equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces
- Operate bakery machinery using proper safety methods
- Answer member questions, take special orders, and recommend bakery items
- Support club policies, procedures, and compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned including working in other departments as needed
- Maintain regular, predictable attendance
