Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to proof and bake bakery goods following instructions
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- Experience in bakery or customer service preferred
- Ability to work Thursday through Sunday from 2pm to 10pm
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling instructions
- Unpack bakery items from freezer and display proper amounts following production charts
- Package freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, and breads
- Decorate special order or case products
- Rotate and store bakery products according to food safety and freshness standards
- Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
- Generate labels and price tickets for bakery goods and perform price checks
- Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces
- Operate bakery equipment using proper safety methods
- Support club policies, procedures, and compliance
- Answer member questions and take special orders
- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team
- Perform other duties as assigned including working in other departments
