Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information
- Unpacks bakery goods from freezer and displays proper amounts using production charts
- Packages freshly baked goods including cookies, pies, cakes, and rolls
- Decorates special order or case products
- Rotates and stores bakery products according to food safety and freshness policies
- Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments
- Cleans and sanitizes bakery equipment and food surfaces
- Operates bakery equipment using proper safety methods
- Answers member questions and takes special bakery orders
- Maintains all club policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned including working in other departments
- Ensures regular, predictable, full attendance
