Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- Ability to follow food safety and handling policies
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Capability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds
- Reliable and predictable attendance
- Basic knowledge of bakery products preferred

- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information using ovens and other equipment
- Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations
- Maintains all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
- Answers questions and recommends bakery items
- Takes special orders and answers member calls
- Packages freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, pies, and cakes
- Decorates special order or case products
- Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety, freshness, and product handling policies
- Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments
- Checks for out-of-date products and follows salvage and stale product policies
- Generates labels and price tickets for bakery goods and performs price check functions
- Cleans and sanitizes bakery equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces
- Operates bakery equipment safely in accordance with policies
- Maintains club policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments
- Ensures regular, predictable, full attendance
- Provides excellent customer service and supports a safe and positive environment for members and team members
- Works as part of a team to deliver daily GOLD club standards and achieves departmental goals
