Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- knowledge of bakery products preferred
- ability to stand, bend, reach, push and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to work in an indoor environment with exposure to temperature extremes from freezers, ovens, and coolers
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- availability for full-time predictable attendance

Job Duties
- Answers questions and recommends bakery items
- answers member calls and takes special orders
- proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information
- packages freshly baked goods including cookies, danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items
- decorates special order or case product
- rotates and stores bakery products following food safety, freshness, and handling policies
- receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments
- ensures all products are fresh and meet quality standards
- generates labels and price tickets for bakery goods and performs price check functions
- cleans and sanitizes bakery equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces
- operates bakery equipment using proper safety methods
- maintains all club policies and procedures
- performs other duties as assigned including working in other departments
- maintains regular, predictable, full attendance
