Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work Friday to Sunday from 2pm to 10pm
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and heavy items with assistance
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual attendance
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Answer questions and recommend bakery items
- Answer member calls and take special orders
- Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information
- Use bakery production charts to guide production and display needs
- Package freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, breads, and cakes
- Decorate special order or case products
- Rotate and store bakery products following food safety and freshness policies
- Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
- Check for out-of-date products and follow salvage policies
- Generate labels and price tickets and perform price checks
- Clean and sanitize bakery equipment and surfaces
- Operate bakery equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization according to club standards
- Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily
- Perform other duties as assigned including working in other departments
- Ensure regular, predictable attendance
