Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age
- ability to regularly lift 10 to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- provide excellent customer service
- address the needs of customers in a timely and effective manner
- multitask between daily production and customer service
- monitor stock levels in the backroom, display cases, and tables
- stock and rotate (FIFO method) products and check expiration dates to ensure food safety
- take orders for events and holidays with attention to special details
- work with box cutters, knives, cash registers, espresso machines, ovens, mixers in a safe manner
- prepare, decorate, assemble, fill, and finish cakes, tarts, pastries, and special-order items
- build, ice, and decorate cakes following standard procedures
- create special order cake designs based on customer preferences
- act with honesty and integrity regarding customers and company policies
- protect the safety of oneself, co-workers, and customers at all times
