Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, handle, pull, reach, push, and stoop
- Ability to work in an indoor environment with exposure to temperature extremes and cleaning agents
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Commitment to uphold club policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Answers questions and recommends bakery items
- Answers member calls and takes special orders
- Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information
- Packages freshly baked goods including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items
- Decorates special orders or case products
- Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety, freshness, and handling policies
- Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments
- Ensures all products meet quality standards
- Generates labels and price tickets and performs price checks
- Cleans and sanitizes bakery equipment and fixtures
- Operates bakery equipment using safe methods
- Maintains all club policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments
- Maintains regular, predictable, full attendance
