Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience working in bakery or customer service environment preferred
- Ability to follow product handling and food safety guidelines
- Capability to operate bakery equipment safely
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to lift and move items up to 30 pounds
- Must maintain predictable full attendance
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings or weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling instructions using ovens and other equipment
- Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations
- Packages freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, and cakes
- Decorates special order or case products
- Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety, freshness, and product handling policies
- Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments
- Generates labels and price tickets ensuring all items are accurately priced
- Cleans and sanitizes bakery equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces
- Operates bakery equipment using proper safety methods
- Maintains club policies and procedures
- Responds to member inquiries and takes special orders
- Performs other duties as assigned including supporting other departments
- Maintains predictable full attendance
- Ensures safe and positive environment for members and team
