- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- standing and walking continuously throughout shifts
- bilingual in English and Spanish
- reliable and able to follow food safety procedures

Job Duties
- Mix and measure ingredients to form dough or batter for recipes
- roll, cut, and shape dough to form bakery products
- cut, peel, and prepare fruit for fillings and icings
- train assistants and maintain bakery cleanliness
- maintain records of customer orders
- provide quality customer service and take cake orders
- ensure proper storage of cleaning supplies
- monitor cooler and freezer temperatures
- rotate merchandise and maintain department plan-o-grams
