Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bakery or retail experience preferred but not required
- ability to provide excellent guest service
- strong communication skills
- capable of accurately packaging and labeling bakery goods
- ability to take cake and special orders
- capable of answering telephone and assisting guests at the counter
- must be dependable and punctual

- previous experience in a bakery or retail environment preferred

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- basic math skills for pricing and order taking
- ability to operate bakery equipment and adhere to safety standards
Job Duties
- Assist the Bakery Department by wrapping bakery products
- package bakery products and prepare them for sale
- price products accurately according to company standards
- take cake and special orders from guests
- answer telephone inquiries related to bakery orders
- assist guests at the bakery counter with product selections
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
