Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- less than high school education or equivalent experience
- six months or less of related work experience
- must be able to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions
- ability to perform simple addition and subtraction
- must have the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
- must be able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- must report to work on time and as scheduled
- employment contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen
Job Qualifications
- Less than high school education or equivalent experience
- six months or less of similar or related work experience

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all interactions
- smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- learn customers' names and address them personally whenever possible
- assist customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach items, loading or unloading heavy products, noting and passing along customer suggestions
- review the status and freshness of bakery products
- review daily orders for accuracy
- take customer orders at the bakery counter
- work collaboratively with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment
- adhere to sanitation procedures and maintain a clean and neat work area
- ensure adequate food supply and develop or follow production lists
- anticipate daily product needs
- prepare, finish, and replenish products as necessary
- pull products from cooler/freezer for baking
- check in and store product and review invoices as needed
- operate department registers and handle payments where applicable
- remove trash in a timely manner
- maintain strict adherence to hygiene and dress guidelines
- follow company policies and store guidelines
- report to work as scheduled and on time
- wash dishes as necessary
- order products and supplies
- price products for customers
- deliver orders
- assist other store areas when needed
- perform other job-related duties and special projects as required
