Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Food handler certification required
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be attentive to hazards and apply appropriate safety measures
- Must report unremedied hazards to a supervisor
- Ability to operate digital equipment and calibrated scales
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Attendance at work is required

Job Duties
- Packages bakery products
- Labels bakery products
- Prices bakery products
- Maintains stock levels by monitoring dates, appearance, and storage temperatures
- Stocks and rotates baked goods adhering to quality control and food safety standards
- Assists with preparing, packaging, labeling, and maintaining product displays
- Promotes product sales through suggestive selling initiatives
- Stacks pallets and sorts products according to company standards
- Maintains clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
- Greets customers, answers questions, and takes orders by phone and in person
