Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- food handler certification required
- ability to stand and walk continuously
- ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
- ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must report and remedy potential hazards as per company safety protocol
- partners driving for company business must be 21 years or older

Job Duties
- Package bakery products
- label and price bakery items
- maintain stock levels and product quality by monitoring dates, appearance, and storage temperatures
- adhere to quality control and food safety standards by rotating baked goods
- assist bakery personnel with preparation, packaging, labeling, and product displays
- promote sales through suggestive selling initiatives
- stack pallets and sort products according to company standards
- maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
- provide friendly customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and taking orders in person or by phone
