Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • food handler certification
  • ability to read and operate digital equipment
  • ability to operate hazardous bakery tools and equipment safely
  • ability to use hand tools
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • able to identify and report hazards
  • physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift up to 75 pounds
  • attendance at work is required
  • able to operate commercial bakery equipment
  • partners must be 21 or older to drive on company business

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • food handler certification required
  • ability to operate digital equipment and calibrated scales
  • ability to safely use bakery tools and equipment such as bread slicers and commercial ovens
  • ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

Job Duties

  • Package bakery products
  • label bakery products
  • price bakery products
  • maintain stock levels
  • monitor product quality by checking dates and appearance
  • ensure proper storage temperatures
  • stock and rotate baked goods to meet quality control and food safety standards
  • assist bakery personnel with preparation and display maintenance
  • promote product sales through suggestive selling
  • stack pallets and sort products following company efficiency standards
  • maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by following safety procedures
  • provide friendly customer service by greeting customers and answering questions
  • handle phone and in-person orders
