- prior bakery or retail food service experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to maintain cleanliness and presentation

- capable of physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods

- perform sanitation and cleanliness
- maintain the presentation of the department including Pastry Case, Cake Case and Tables
- review product pricing for accuracy

- stock and arrange bakery items for visual appeal
- support store’s financial success through effective department management
