Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- have 1-2 years bakery experience or equivalent education and experience
- be dependable and reliable
- work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- show outgoing and friendly behavior
- have a positive attitude
- possess good communication skills
- able to take direction
- participate in a team environment
- answer phones and take special orders
- perform general housekeeping and sanitization
- operate bakery equipment including knives, scales, wrappers, compactors, garbage disposals, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- stand for up to 3 hours continuously during an 8-hour shift
- lift and transfer trays and items up to specified weights and distances
- adhere to all safety, health, and regulatory requirements
- maintain a Food Handlers permit
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- hold a high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Assist the Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods
- provide a high level of customer service and ensure bakery items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented
- maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment
- stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy while managing product rotation and discarding outdated items
- receive, inspect, and log products for shipment accuracy, temperature, and quality
- answer phones and take special orders
- operate bakery equipment safely and effectively
