Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for 5-8 hours continuously
- Manual dexterity and hand coordination
- Ability to push, pull, squat and kneel as required by job tasks
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and state regulations
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Familiarity with bakery equipment and operations preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job
Job Duties
- Assist with the bakery operation within the retail store environment including preparation, baking, merchandising and final presentation of all bakery products
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times
- Smile, make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling requests
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Assist and/or create customer special orders such as cake orders
- Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers and utensils
- Adhere to corporate and state sanitation and safety regulations
