Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years bakery experience or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- ability to work flexible schedule including night,weekends,and holidays
- able to perform physical tasks including standing for up to 3 hours continuously,transferring trays up to 5 lbs vertically for up to 10 hours,and transferring items up to 40 lbs horizontally and vertically for up to 10 hours without mechanical assistance
- adhere to all safety,health,and weights and measures regulations
- maintain food handlers permit

Job Duties
- assist bakery manager in preparing,baking,packaging,pricing,and merchandising all baked goods
- provide a high level of customer service
- ensure bakery items are properly prepared,packaged,and presented
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery area and equipment
- stock,fill,face,and ensure pricing accuracy of bakery products
- examine product rotation and discard outdated or spoiled items
- receive,inspect,and log products for accuracy,temperature,and quality
