Job Requirements
- minimum 18 years of age
- food handler certification required
- ability to stand and walk continuously
- ability to use hands for reaching and handling
- ability to talk and hear continuously
- ability to bend, kneel, squat, and stoop frequently
- ability to push, pull, and lift objects up to 40 lbs frequently
- ability to push, pull, and lift objects up to 75 lbs occasionally
- ability to work in environments with hot surfaces, extreme temperatures, wet and slippery conditions
- attendance at work is required
- partners must be 21 years or older to drive for company business

Job Duties
- Packages bakery products
- labels bakery products
- prices bakery products
- maintains stock levels
- monitors product quality including dates, appearance, and storage temperature controls
- adheres to quality control and food safety standards
- assists bakery personnel with preparation and product displays
- promotes product sales through suggestive selling
- stacks pallets and sorts products according to company standards
- maintains clean and sanitary work environment
- provides customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, taking orders
- operates bakery equipment safely
