Job Duties
- Prepare bakery items according to customer requests using proper bakery equipment
- Offer product samples to customers to help them discover new items
- Inform customers of bakery specials
- Provide customers with fresh products in the correct portion size to prevent shrink
- Recommend bakery items to customers to ensure satisfaction
- Use all bakery equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, and ovens following company guidelines
- Prepare foods according to food temperature logs and follow cooking/baking instructions
