Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • partners must be 21 years or older to drive for company business
  • food handler certification required
  • ability to safely operate bakery equipment
  • ability to maintain food safety standards
  • physically able to perform duties including lifting up to 75 lbs
  • able to work flexible schedules
  • attentive to safety hazards and must report any hazards that cannot be immediately remedied

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • food handler certification required
  • ability to read and operate digital equipment, meters, dials, or calibrated scales
  • ability to safely operate hazardous tools and equipment such as bread slicers and commercial ovens
  • ability to learn new systems, methods, or processes
  • ability to use precision and non-precision hand tools
  • ability to work well with fellow partners and promote a team environment
  • ability to effectively communicate with customers and partners in written and verbal form
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
  • must be attentive to potential hazards and remedy or report them as appropriate

  • Packages bakery products
  • labels bakery products
  • prices bakery products
  • maintains stock levels and product quality by monitoring dates, appearance, and storage temperature
  • adheres to quality control and food safety standards by stocking and rotating baked goods
  • assists bakery personnel with preparing, packaging, labeling, and maintaining product displays
  • promotes product sales through suggestive selling initiatives
  • stacks pallets and sorts products according to company efficiency standards
  • maintains a clean, safe and sanitary working and shopping environment by adhering to safety procedures
  • provides friendly and customer-service-oriented attitude by greeting customers, answering questions, and taking orders by phone and in person
