Job Duties
- Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations and company policies regarding bakery operations, safety, and sanitation
- Maintain proper shelf and display conditions through cleaning, straightening, and rotating products
- Adhere to company policy through proper processing, preparation, and packaging of product
- Take customer orders accurately for cakes or other specialty items as needed
- Complete all necessary paperwork relating to the bakery department
- Maintain a clean as you go policy
- Maintain adequate supplies
- Minimize shrink through proper handling and storing of products
- Work in sales capacity, packaging, and limited production for minors
