Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- less than high school or equivalent experience
- six months or less of similar or related work experience
- must be able to perform medium work involving exertion of up to 50 pounds occasionally
- must have vision clarity at distances between 20 inches and 20 feet with or without correction
- must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions
- must be able to follow written or verbal instructions
- willing to complete a pre-employment drug screen
- able to work scheduled hours and report on time
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- makes an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name when possible
- assists customers by escorting them to products, securing products out of reach, loading or unloading heavy items, noting and passing along customer suggestions
- reviews the status and appearance of food for freshness
- reviews orders for the day
- takes customer orders at the bakery counter
- works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment
- understands and practices proper sanitation procedures
- ensures adequate food supply is ready and on hand
- anticipates product needs daily
- prepares, finishes, and replenishes products
- pulls product from cooler/freezer
- checks in product and may review invoices
- runs department registers and handles payments
- removes trash in a timely manner
- maintains adherence to personal hygiene and dress guidelines
- adheres to company policies
- reports to work on time
