Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age required
- partners must be 21 years or older to drive for company business
- food handler certification required
- typically involves on-the-job training
- ability to safely operate bakery tools and equipment
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to lift objects up to 75 lbs occasionally
- must adhere to company safety procedures
- must report any potential hazards to a supervisor
Job Qualifications

- ability to read and operate digital equipment, meters, dials, and calibrated scales
- ability to safely operate hazardous tools and equipment such as bread slicers and commercial ovens
- ability to learn new systems, methods, or processes

Job Duties
- Packages bakery products
- labels and prices bakery products
- maintains stock levels by monitoring dates and storage temperatures
- assists bakery personnel with preparing, packaging, labeling, and displaying products
- promotes product sales through suggestive selling initiatives
- stacks pallets and sorts products into correct locations
- maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary working and shopping environment
- greets customers and provides customer service
- answers customer questions and takes orders by phone and in person
