Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of cake decorating experience in a commercial or retail bakery setting
- Skilled in decorating techniques and color coordination
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Manual dexterity for precise decorating tasks
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Good communication and time management skills
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation principles
- Flexibility to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends as needed

Job Duties
- Decorate sheet, round, and layer cakes, as well as cupcakes, per customer and internal specifications
- Assemble, prep, slice, and package finished bakery products
- Operate and sanitize production equipment, including slicers and packaging machines
- Label, inspect, and sort baked goods for quality control and order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols, including HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, and SQF
- Immediately report any food safety or quality concerns to a supervisor
- Assist other bakery staff as needed to meet production goals
