Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months to one year related experience or training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to use hands to handle, finger, or feel objects
- Ability to reach with hands and arms occasionally
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally
- Close and color vision abilities
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of bakery cleaning chemicals and proper usage
Job Duties
- Prepares cakes, icings, and other necessary decorating items
- Decorates cakes within specified time for all customer orders
- Follows FIFO rotation system for product management
- Answers telephone and takes bakery orders
- Decorates cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and baked goods for display
- Provides friendly customer service to establish repeat business
- Inspects products during baking and preparation to ensure quality and sanitation
