Job Requirements
- must be able to work a minimum of three full days per week including weekends
- availability for full-time or part-time positions
- ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- commitment to long-term employment
- willingness to adhere to company dress code and food safety policies
- age 18 or older
- legal eligibility to work
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in baking or food production is a plus but not required
- ability to follow detailed recipes and production standards
- strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- good teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- prepare cakes following proprietary recipes and production methods
- ensure adherence to food safety standards
- meet production demands for a variety of cake flavors and sizes
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area
- collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency
- apply finishing touches as a Froster on cakes
- contribute to a positive and joyful work environment
