Job Requirements
- Availability to work 7 AM to 4 PM
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Follow safety requirements and company policies
- Prior experience in bakery or foodservice preferred
- Must be able to handle fast-paced work environment
- Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Ability to effectively deal with guests and personnel
- Strong understanding of baking and pastry production
- Knowledge of foodservice operations
- Familiarity with bakery equipment and safety procedures
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift up to 60 pounds
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Follow recipes and production lists to produce high-quality bakery items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in bakery prep areas
- Oversee inventory and stock management on the sales floor
- Assist guests with finding items and handling special orders
- Maintain food safety logs and quality standards
- Support daily responsibilities and teamwork within the bakery department
