Job Requirements

  • Availability to work 7 AM to 4 PM
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Follow safety requirements and company policies
  • Prior experience in bakery or foodservice preferred
  • Must be able to handle fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively deal with guests and personnel
  • Strong understanding of baking and pastry production
  • Knowledge of foodservice operations
  • Familiarity with bakery equipment and safety procedures
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift up to 60 pounds
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional guest service
  • Follow recipes and production lists to produce high-quality bakery items
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in bakery prep areas
  • Oversee inventory and stock management on the sales floor
  • Assist guests with finding items and handling special orders
  • Maintain food safety logs and quality standards
  • Support daily responsibilities and teamwork within the bakery department
