Job Requirements

  • Reliability and excellent attendance
  • Previous quick service food handling experience
  • One year of experience in a customer service environment
  • Must maintain and follow strict cleaning and food handling/safety guidelines
  • Mask and gloves required at all times
  • Able to precisely and consistently bake cookies according to instructions
  • Positive attitude and initiative
  • Comfortable working independently and on a team
  • Must be trustworthy and willing to sign NDA
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and be meticulous
  • Previous experience using POS equipment is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to flexible schedule
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
  • Must stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead

Job Qualifications

  • Previous quick service food handling experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry
  • One year of experience in customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask while paying special attention to detail
  • Comfortable working both independently and on a team
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
  • Valid CA Food Handler's Certificate

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers with a smile and friendly attitude
  • Review the menu, make recommendations, and provide a superior customer experience
  • Utilize POS (point of sale) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Pack orders correctly and handle them with care
  • Perform customer service tasks as directed by Manager(s), Shift Lead(s) and/or Owners
  • Ensure all areas are clean, neat, and organized at all times
  • Prep, bake, and clean-up as needed
