- Ability to accurately handle and package cookies, perform cashier duties, and contribute to kitchen operations
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential

- Physically capable of occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs

- Physically capable of maneuvering quickly in a confined space around hot ovens
- Physically capable of taking visual and audible cues for efficient operations
