Job Requirements

Ability to accurately handle and package cookies, perform cashier duties, and contribute to kitchen operations
willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service and fostering a safe and empowering work atmosphere
customer service experience is a bonus
physically capable of occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs
able to stand, squat, bend, twist, reach, walk, and lean throughout shift
able to perform repetitive motion of wrists/arms during baking tasks
able to maneuver quickly in a confined space around hot ovens
able to take visual and audible cues for efficient operations

Job Duties

Precisely baking and packaging cookies
providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude
maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
assisting with tasks such as folding boxes, restocking, and other duties assigned by the manager
contributing to kitchen operations
performing cashier duties
promoting a safe and empowering work atmosphere
