Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail
- Must possess strong organizational skills and multitask effectively
- Must communicate verbally in English adequately
- Demonstrate excellent work ethic and teamwork
- ServSafe certification and health regulations compliance
- Availability for minimum 20 hours weekly including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- Willingness to work in environments with temperature variations
Job Qualifications

- Fast food or retail experience preferred

- ServSafe certification and knowledge of health department regulations

Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests
- Collaborate with management team to deliver outstanding service
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Cross-train in departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
- Adhere to company policies and be punctual
- Work hard and have fun while on the job
