Job Duties
- Provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectations
- make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest's experience the best
- work collaboratively with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and create a positive work environment
- perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- cross train in various departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- be punctual for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- maintain a positive attitude and have fun while working
