Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Verbal English communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and work ethic
- ServSafe certification and ability to enforce health department regulations
- Availability for minimum 20 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond customer expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
- Collaborate and work as a team with store management and staff
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments
- Be punctual and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Maintain a fun and positive work environment
