Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in fast food or retail preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic verbal English communication
- Strong teamwork and work ethic
- ServSafe certified
- Willingness to work 20 or more hours weekly
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work under varying temperature conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred fast food or retail experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of health department regulations
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with customers enhancing their experience
- Collaborate with store management and teammates to maintain an uplifting work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and company policies
- Cross-train in departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
- Maintain a fun and hardworking attitude
