Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team members
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Cross-train in multiple departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Adhere to all company policies and be punctual for all scheduled shifts
- Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy the work environment
