Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in fast food or retail preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate work ethic
- ServSafe certification and understanding of health regulations
- Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
- Physical ability for moderate lifting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and repetitive motions
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and work scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Effective verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated excellent work ethic and teamwork principles
- Knowledge of Health Department Regulations and ServSafe certification
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week with strong preference for weekend and holiday availability
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond customer expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests to ensure the best experience
- Collaborate with the store management team and employees to deliver outstanding service and uphold an uplifting work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific tasks including baking bread, decorating cakes, making drinks
- Cross train and work in various departments including Bread, Cake, POS, Bar
- Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Maintain a positive attitude and have fun while working
